Billing Information

Above all mentioned rates are payable in cash only. Deposit payment equivalent to one night stay will be collected upon check-in. The remaining room nights and incidental shall be settled in full upon departure unless proper arrangements have been made with the Hotel directly.

All bookings are accepted based on pre-payment. The amount due shall be settled by cash upon check in or remitted to a Singapore Dollar (S$) or United State Dollar (US$) account number 3 days before arrival. A remittance advice must be faxed to the Hotel for acknowledgement prior to check in. All incidental accounts are to be settled in cash upon departure.

Please be informed that credit cards, will not be accepted for payment at the hotel. However, we will accept Travellers' Cheques for payment and a 3% surcharge will be imposed. For any change of Travellers' Cheques into cash, a 7% surcharge will be imposed.
